A little about me...over many decades I have studied and been certified as an Alchemical Hypnotherapist, Hendrick Couples Counselor, Reiki Master, Yoga Teacher, including Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I am certified by the Alzheimer's Research and Prevention Foundation (ARPF) as a Brain Longevity Specialist. I have also studied Breathwork facilitation with Gay and Katie Hendricks as well as Macrobiotic Cooking with Michio and Aveline Kushi, I believe in using all methods that resonate with individuals and groups to facilitate wellbeing through the use of a variety of tools which also include Vibration Transformation through Sound Healing. I am honored to be of service.
