Join us for a welcoming and inclusive session that you can easily adapt to your needs, leaving you feeling strong, energized, refreshed, and rejuvenated as you discover the joy of movement with our Chair Yoga class!

Held  Wednesdays 9:30-10:30 am Pacific Time

You will need:

A Folding Chair (recommended)

A Yoga Mat

Set of 3 Resistance Bands (link to purchase provided)

2 small 2lb. weights (link to purchase provided)

Yoga Blocks (1-2)

Yoga Strap
