The Practice

 

Experience the supportive and energizing benefits of this dynamic Chair Yoga practice with resistance bands and light weights.

 

This welcoming class offers a gentle yet effective way to build strength, improve mobility, and enhance balance — all from the comfort and stability of a chair. It is ideal for those who prefer a supported practice or are looking for a low-impact way to stay active.

 

Through mindful movement and simple strengthening exercises, you will gradually develop greater stability, flexibility, and confidence in your body while reducing stress and supporting overall wellbeing.

 

Each session is designed to leave you feeling strong, refreshed, and renewed, while discovering the joy of safe and accessible movement.

• building strength safely

Class Schedule

 

Wednesdays

9:00–10:00 am Pacific

 

You Will Need

 

• Folding chair (recommended)

• Yoga mat

• Set of 3 resistance bands

• Two small 2 lb weights

• Yoga blocks (1–2)

• Yoga strap

• Your open mind and heart
