The Practice
If you are feeling tired, overwhelmed, or simply in need of deep rest, this gentle
Restorative Yoga practice offers a quiet space to pause, soften, and restore.
Through a series of carefully supported postures using bolsters, blankets, and other props, the body is invited to release effort and settle into complete comfort. As the body rests, the breath naturally slows and the nervous system begins to calm.
Each posture is held for several minutes, allowing muscles to soften, the mind to quiet, and the body to experience profound relaxation. In this space of stillness, tension melts away and a sense of balance and ease begins to return.
This practice is especially supportive during times of stress, fatigue, grief, or emotional overwhelm. It is accessible to students of all ages and experience levels and can be easily adapted to meet the needs of each individual.
You will leave the practice feeling grounded, nourished, and deeply restored.
