About The Class

Yin Yoga is a slow, deeply nourishing practice that invites the body to release tension and the mind to settle into stillness.

Postures are held for several minutes with the support of props, allowing the connective tissues and joints to gently open while improving mobility and flexibility. This quiet, meditative approach encourages nervous system relaxation and helps relieve stress and accumulated tension.

Through stillness, breath awareness, and mindful presence, Yin Yoga supports emotional balance, improved sleep, and a renewed sense of inner calm.

This gentle practice is accessible to all and offers a perfect complement to active lifestyles, helping restore balance, resilience, and ease in both body and mind.

✨ Especially beneficial for those experiencing stress, restlessness, or difficulty sleeping, Yin Yoga invites deep relaxation and a return to inner steadiness.

 

 

Held Mondays & Thursdays 10-11:30 am Pacific Time

 

 

You will need:

  • A Yoga Mat

  • Yoga Blankets (1-2)

  • Yoga Blocks (2-3)

  • Yoga Strap (1)

  • Yoga Bolster (recommended)

  • Tune-up balls (optional)

  • Your open mind and heart
