The Practice

Awaken and align your body in this rejuvenating morning Hatha Yoga practice designed to support strength, mobility, and ease at every stage of life.

This gentle yet dynamic class introduces alignment principles that help you practice safely while cultivating awareness of the breath as you move through thoughtful, creative sequences. Over time you will build strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence in your body — no matter your age.

Each class is designed to leave you feeling Resilient, Radiant, Relaxed, and Renewed.

With the use of resistance bands, you will strengthen supporting muscles, improve stability, and discover greater ease in balance and everyday movement.

Every class begins and ends with a Metta meditation, offering a moment to settle the mind and open the heart.

Especially beneficial for

• improving balance and stability

• building functional strength
• increasing mobility and flexibility
• supporting healthy aging
• cultivating calm and focused awareness

Class Schedule

Tuesdays & Saturdays
10:00–11:30 am Pacific

You Will Need

Yoga mat
• Yoga blanket (1–2)
• Yoga blocks (2–3)
• Yoga strap
• Set of resistance bands
• Small 2 lb weights
• Bolster (recommended)
• Folding chair (recommended)
• Your open mind and heart
