About The Class

Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating morning  Yoga class. In this gentle yet dynamic Hatha Yoga practice you will learn alignment principles to keep you practicing safely while bringing awareness to breath as you move through thoughtful, creative sequences that bring greater strength and flexibility no matter your age. You will leave each class feeling Resilient, Radiant, Relaxed and Renewed. Each class begins and ends with a Metta meditation.

Held  Tuesdays 9-10:30 am & Saturdays 10-11:30 am PDT.

You will need:

  • A Yoga Mat

  • Yoga Blanket (1-2)

  • Yoga Blocks (2-3)

  • Yoga Strap

  • Your open mind and heart
