About The Class

In this 55 minute morning class you  will learn a variety of practices that relax, synchronize brain hemospheres, and generate new neural pathways to optimize your brain’s ability to function effectively, with the potential to increase memory and improve cognitive abilities. This class can be modified to benefit most bodies.

The class provides the first half of Wednesday morning's offerings, running from 9:00-9:55. Immediately following the break is Chair Yoga beginning at 10:05-11:00.

A 10 minute break between classes is provided.

You may choose to be present for one or both classes.

Held  Wednesdays 9 - 10:00 am PDT.

You will need:

  • A Yoga Mat

  • Yoga Blanket (1-2)

  • Yoga Blocks (2-3)

  • Yoga Strap

  • Chair

  • Your open mind and heart
