As we enter a new moon cycle and begin to approach a long awaited Spring, we will nourish ourselves with gentle movement accompanied by conscious breath, eventually finding restorative poses to nurture more deeply, and ending with a brief journey to connect with our Heart’s Desire for the new season as Spring draws near.
