Join us for a welcoming and inclusive session that adapts to your needs, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. as you discover the joy of movement with Chair Yoga.

This class follows immediately after Brain Longevity Yoga held from 9-9:55.

With a 10 minute break between them, the classes complement each other.

Choose to take one or both.

Held  Wednesdays 10-11:00 am PDT.​​

 

 

You will need:

A Folding Chair (recommended)

A Yoga Mat

Yoga Blanket (1-2)

Yoga Blocks (2-3)

Yoga Strap
